Phase 3-4 Workshops -


This workshop is free for Health4Life Clinic clients. You will review the lifestyle changes that have been created along with how to live comfortably at your goal weight.

We identify specific behaviors, offer menu recognition and discussion with other clients that serve to support and validate your individual success. Currently this workshop is given on the 4th Wednesday every month (except holiday weeks) at 6:30 pm.

4-Phase Program

Phase 1 -
To be followed untill 100% of your weight loss goal is achieved.  3 ideal Protein packets per day.

Phase 2 - 
To be followed for 2 weeks.  2 ideal Protein packets per day.

Phase 3 - 
A 14-day gradual reintroduction of healthy carbohyrdates and fats in the morning only.  Congratulations!  You have achieved your weight loss goal!

Phase 4 - 
Freedom!  A maintance plan based on a few simple principles.
